LIBERTÉ or liberty in english is part of the program in our bistro. You can enjoy the feeling of freedom especially because we are situated directly on the river Elbe. On the waterfront is Dock 11, the sea traffic within reach, plus a breathtaking view to the Elphi. On the opposite side you can enjoy the impressive Fish auction hall. It is hard to find more spirit of Hamburg.

Inspired by the classic french bistros, LIBERTÉ creates an authentic dining experience. Fresh french pastries, choices of delicious homemade crêpes and tartes, gourmet options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also offer an extensive selection of coffee specialities, cocktails, drinks and wine. Our favorite spot is the bar. It is the perfect place to relax, to hang out with friends and enjoy the chill-out atmosphere with music and a unique view of the harbour and the sunset.
